Dreamico is a creative, AI-powered application that allows children to generate stories and images by selecting characters, environments, and accessories. Some features are only accessible through account registration and subscription.
1. Who Can Use the App
- Dreamico is designed for children, but only parents/guardians may create accounts, manage subscriptions, or make purchases.
- By creating an account or subscribing, you confirm you are an adult with legal authority to do so.
2. Use of the App
- Children may use the App to generate pictures, stories, and other creations.
- Parents must ensure their child uses the App in a safe and responsible way.
- You may not use the App for unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm others.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
- Some features are available through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases.
- All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your store account settings.
- Purchases are tied to your App Store/Google account and may be restored on supported devices.
- Users may explore Dreamico in “guest mode,” with limited functionality.
- To generate multiple images or stories, a registered account is recommended.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for managing and monitoring their child's use of the app.
4. User-Generated Content
- Children’s creations (pictures, stories) remain their intellectual property.
- By using the App, you grant us permission to store, display, use and process these creations to provide the service.
- We do not share or publish children’s creations without parental consent outside the app.
- All app content, including icons, designs, characters, and UI, is owned by Dreamico ApS.
- Users retain rights to their generated stories and images for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Parental Responsibility & Consent
- Parents/guardians must provide consent before any personal data is collected from children (e.g., account creation, personalized merchandise).
- Parents can review, update, or delete their child’s data at any time.
6. Safety and Restrictions
- Dreamico is designed to be safe for children, but no technology is perfect.
- The App may include external links or ads that allow children to leave the App environment without passing a parental gate.
- You agree not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App.
Users may not:
- Misuse the app (e.g., attempt to manipulate or overload AI systems)
- Share offensive or inappropriate content
- Use Dreamico to produce content intended for commercial or unlawful purposes
Dreamico reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We work hard to provide a safe and enjoyable experience but cannot guarantee the App will always be free of errors or interruptions.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from use of the App.
· All content generated in Dreamico is created using artificial intelligence. While we strive to ensure quality and age-appropriate content, results may be unpredictable. We encourage parental supervision during use.
